IlustraTour will celebrate 'En otros charcos' in July

Canal Lector announces IlustraTour will celebrate its conference ‘En otros charcos’ from the 5th to the 7th of July. The meeting is organised by the group i con i and will be held in Valladolid. Illustrators will arrive from all over the world to take part and the event will include opportunities to meet professionals from different sectors, networking spaces, and express knowledge sessions, creating synergism, promoting professional exchanges and encouraging new undertakings.
i con i is a company dedicated to the management of cultural projects that focus on illustration, children’s books, and the methodology of Visual Thinking, the last of which has been a part of Casa del Lector since late 2012.
The aim of IlustraTour is to inspire people. The organisers hope participants will leave with ‘lots of practical ideas and minds full of new projects, so that they can get started as soon as they get home’, adding that the conference will be based on the following concepts: ‘enthusiasm, passion, imagination, creativity’.
i con i wants participants to ‘leave their fears behind and jump into the professional pool headfirst, taking refreshing ideas with them’. For the full programme, to subscribe, and to see which professionals have confirmed their attendance so far, visit Canal Lector.
